Near Podgorica, in the vicinity of the Golubovci Airport, while driving and admiring the beauty of Skadar Lake and Virpazar, when cruising the curves of the old road to Petrovac, in the village of Tomici, you can spot such a paradise.

If you prefer waking up to the chirping of birds, and going to bed with the melodies of crickets, then you’ve chosen just the right place.

If you prefer drinking water from a spring, swimming in a river, walking by the old Roman road, “inhaling” air from a thousand-year-old forest, only here can you find that opportunity.

By staying on our farm, you can participate in rural activities- such as taking care of animals and crops, gardening, cooking, cleaning, and crafts.

For guests who prefer more lively entertainment, we suggest relaxing in our luxury apartments, that include a pool and recreational sports (boxing, billiards, table tennis, swimming, darts, yoga, Pilates, hiking, fishing, rollerblading, touring nearby vineyards of the Crmnicka region, excursions of Skadar Lake and “Paradiso” Utjeha Beach).

We invest all our skills, knowledge and resources by turning to permaculture and regenerative organic farming that improves the resources it uses, instead of consuming or destroying them. This makes our land healthier from year to year, providing you with organic high-quality harvested vegetables from our garden, fresh eggs from our hens that roam freely through meadows, rabbits, as well as fish from nearby Skadar Lake and the Adriatic Sea.

For primary school students and kindergarteners, we offer an educational and interesting countryside trip. Alongside being in the fresh air, having instructive lectures on the cultivation of plants and animals, learning about traditional customs and ways of life in the countryside, where you can categorize your school day as your own kind of school in nature.

Since we are located near the river Oraostica, you can swim in a natural swimming pool or walk along the river.

Accommodation

We offer accommodation in two traditionally decorated apartments (capacity up to 4 adults) built of stone resembling the old Montenegrin houses. Apartments “Gumno” are equipped with all modern appliances, from kitchen appliances to flat screens and air conditioning, fireplaces, espresso machines.

Also for lovers of agritourism and permaculture who want to participate in rural errands, we offer accommodation in four apartments built of wood that provide complete comfort (capacity up to 4 adults).

Landmarks

Within a 10-kilometer radius, you can visit the church from the year 1000, and the anti-fascism and People’s Liberation Struggle monuments.

Summer joys

Swimming in the river Oraostica and the pool, barbecuing, taking trips to the sea or lakeside.
