PREMIER

Apartment PREMIER is located in the City Quarter, exactly across TC DELTA CITY. The building in which it is located was built in 2015, and in it, apart from PREMIER, there are three more apartments from our offer.

It is equipped with everything you may need in preparing food and drinks (fridge with freezer, oven with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle), personal hygiene (shower, washing machine, hairdryer, bath and shampoo) or Small things like iron, ironing board, dryers for laundry. In the living room there is a very comfortable luxury suite where one person can sleep. The apartment is equipped with an LCD TV of 40 “as well as free Wi-Fi. Heating and cooling with the help of an inverter air conditioner in the living room and the bedroom that makes a pleasant and carefree stay. A special atmosphere makes a very spacious terrace with a set, which is the only one of this type in the City Quarter.

It is facing the atrium of the building, so it is quite quiet and extremely bright. If the excess of light presents a problem, there are also blinds available.
The surroundings of the apartment are interesting: in the building next to it there is a shop and a cafe with a large garden, and several renowned restaurants and launches bars are located about one hundred meters from the building. Apartment PREMIER is away from TC DELTA CITY and CITY MALL two minutes walk and public transport stations are next to the building.

If you are arriving by car, for a charge of 5 EUR / day in the garage in the building is provided a parking place with video surveillance. In this case, when making a reservation, it is necessary to emphasize that you want parking.

If you need transportation from / to the airport, we can arrange transportation of a luxury vehicle at the price of 10 EUR (one way) or a van at a price of EUR 20 (one way).
